Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be Credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees and other handling charges are non-refundable.

- If approved, the exchanged product will be delivered within 7–10 days.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

- If approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 working days.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund based on the severity of the damage and product availability.

How to Initiate a Return

Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Late or Missing Refunds
